MEET THE DOCTORS & STAFF
Dr. Tim Klein grew up on a farm near Ashton, IA. He received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Iowa State University in 1989. He worked at a mixed small animal, swine, and cow/calf practice in Grinnell, IA until 1993, when he and his family moved to Wells and he began working for South Central Veterinary Associates. For the next 10 years Dr. Klein did swine health and production consultation. When the air in the hog buildings began causing problems with his respiratory system, Dr. Klein began doing 100% small animal practice, which he has enjoyed immensely. In 2008 he and his wife Bev became owners of All Pets in Mapleton. He enjoys all aspects of his practice, especially challenging diagnostic cases, orthopedic surgery, and rehabilitation. He is convinced that pets improve the quality of life for their owners, and being able to see the human-animal bond at work each day is both humbling and a source of great satisfaction Dr. Klein currently lives on acreage near Wells with his wife Bev and their five children. Outside of work he enjoys reading, running (he tries to run a marathon each year with Bev), hiking, biking, and going to his kids functions

Michelle Bruegger has been in the veterinary field for almost 2 years. She grew up between Minnesota Lake and Wells, MN on a farm where she has always had a love for animals. She graduated in 2004 from Maple River High School in Mapleton and started her college experience in Marshall, MN at Southwest Minnesota Sate University. She was a pre-vet major, but decided after doing some research that she wanted to become a Veterinary Technician. Michelle then transferred to the Minnesota School of Business in Shakopee after her first year of college, where she studied to be a Veterinary Technician. In June 2007 Michelle graduated with an Associate's Degree in Veterinary Technology, and became a Certified Veterinary Technician after completing her certification exam. Michelle completed her internship with South Central Veterinary Associates, where she was then hired after graduation. Michelle currently lives in Mapleton. Booty is a black and white domestic shorthair who has found current residency at All Pets here in Mapleton, MN. He came to us in October 2007 from the Richard Abrahamson family. They had been feeding him in their garage for the summer, and since it was getting into the fall season they were ready to head down south for the winter and did not want to leave him all alone. They brought him into the clinic in hopes that we could find him a good home. At first he was going to live on the farm at one of our technician Jo's house, but after roaming the clinic for a few days, we decided he was a perfect fit. He enjoys his time here at the clinic by sitting in the windows and soaking up the sunshine. He also enjoys the daily visitors who give him more than enough attention. To round out the rest of his daily routine, he nibbles on his food and loves to play with his rolly ball toy that was donated to him by Marlene Kunard. Do not be surprised if you mistake him for a stuffed animal, it has happened before :-) When he is enjoying a cat nap, he rarely moves. We hope you enjoy him as much as we do when you come to visit All Pets.
