Patient
Arrival Policy
For the protection
of you and your pet, as well as the protection of others, we require that
all dogs are on a leash or properly controlled in the waiting area. Please
notify the receptionists if your dog is dog-aggressive or will feel more
comfortable away from other animals in the lobby.
All cats must be in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
Appointment
Policy
Appointments
are preferred at All Pets, and the patients with scheduled appointments
will be seen first. Emergency cases will receive top priority, followed
by patients who had previously scheduled an appointment. Emergency fees
may apply.
Payment
Policy
We require
full payment at the time of service. For your convenience we do accept
Credit/Debit cards, including VISA &Mastercard. We also accept
Cash or Check.
